A little about us
Helen joined JMA in 2010, initially in an adviser support role. She then moved onto a marketing & communications position, managing a rebranding project for the firm, and is now our Operations Manager. With a history in Customer Services Management, Marketing, Teaching, and Financial Services, Helen’s varied background brings a broad range of experience to the firm. Her focus is to streamline processes, analyse data, assist with compliance, identify solutions using the best technology to support our business and, with an obsession for statistics, numbers and Excel, create and work on the calculators and MI data we use to support our advisory process and our business.
