How We are Paid

We try to be as fair as possible on the issue of fees. We obviously need to be paid for our work but we aim to provide real value for money. We will always clearly explain our fees before proceeding with any project. This is done following our initial meeting with you and before any additional work is carried out if you are an existing client (ensuring our clients never face any unexpected costs)

• Fees can be paid directly or facilitated by deduction from your investments. Depending on your circumstances, benefits can exist with either approach (which we will discuss with you).
• During the initial consultation, we will be able to gauge what is involved in order to meet your specific requirements. We will then discuss our required fees for the project and clearly explain the payment options available to you.
• In certain circumstances, where it is not initially clear how much work is involved, we will quote a fee that will not be exceeded without your permission (keeping you firmly in control).

We understand that cost is always an important factor. We think you will find JMA to be fair, flexible and very easy to deal with.
